Tile Tattoos - a $16 kitchen makeover

I recently stumbled upon a product that was apparently made with my very own kitchen in mind! I guess it slipped their minds to notify me that my kitchen had inspired their product. Then, they neglected to send me a free sample once they were completed. Ah, well. I will shamelessly promote it anyway, though they have clearly not given credit where credit is due.

What I am referring to are the tile tattoos I just found over at 2Jane. These are similar to the idea of wall decals, only they are made specifically for tiles, and cover a multitude of tile design crimes. My kitchen backsplash is made up of primarily inoffensive basic white tile, but every so often there is a random tile with a really terrible fruit pattern on it. These tile tattoos are perfect for someone like me, because they offer a really affordable way to cover up the tile crime, yet are not permanent - just in case tiles with really terrible fruit patterns on them suddenly become the next "it" thing for kitchens and I decide to unearth mine.

You can find these at 2Jane for $16 for a set of 6. By the way, I can think of many, many criminal bathrooms that would benefit from these little items as well.
